Give context
The model knows only what you tell it. Instead of “write an email”, say who you are, who will read it, why, and what you already have.
Say what the result should look like
Length, format (table, bullets, email), tone and language. “Max. 120 words, formal, in Slovenian, three bullet points” removes most back-and-forth.
Work in steps
Ask for an outline first, correct it, then ask for the full text. Tell the model what to improve: “shorter”, “more concrete”, “less formal”.
Let it ask you
Add: “Before you answer, ask me up to three questions if anything is unclear.” The answer becomes much more personal.

- Weak: “Write something about our shop.”
- Strong: “I run a small bike shop in Maribor. Write a friendly 100-word Facebook post announcing free brake checks on Saturday 10–14 h. End with a question to readers.”
