What it means for AI
Stricter than the AI Act for Slovenian media: labelling applies to all AI-generated media content, not only deepfakes or public-interest texts.
What you must do
- Label AI content at the beginning and the end.
- Publish an explanation of how the medium uses AI.
Examples
A local news portal publishes an AI-generated weather summary
Label it (e.g. “This text was created with the help of AI” at the start and end).
Key dates
The AI labelling rules for media apply.
