Workshop kit

Tips for the facilitator
- Test the projector or screen beforehand; slides work offline, but the QR code and exam need internet.
- Prepare the company rules: which AI tools are approved and with which account — say it in the introduction.
- In each lesson ask: “Where does this happen here?” Examples from your own work stick.
- In the group quiz let everyone vote first (show of hands), then reveal the answer.
- Leave 15 minutes at the end for the exam; collect the certificate links and verify them in the training record.
