Act implementing the EU AI Act in Slovenia
The Slovenian law that makes the AI Act enforceable: it names the supervisory authorities, the single point of contact, procedures, offences and fines.
What it means for AI
If you have a question about the AI Act in Slovenia, AKOS is the entry point. Which authority inspects you depends on the area: e.g. the Information Commissioner for prohibited practices and biometrics, the Bank of Slovenia for credit scoring.
What you must do
- Cooperate with the competent market surveillance authority.
- Public sector: high-risk AI systems are recorded and published.
- Offences and fines follow the AI Act’s framework.
