How Company Ltd uses artificial intelligence We use AI to help with writing, translation, summaries and answering frequent questions. Content we publish is reviewed by a person who is responsible for it. The chatbot on our website is an AI; you can ask to talk to a person at any time. Images or videos generated with AI that show real people or places are labelled. We do not put personal data into public AI tools. Is a chatbot notice mandatory?
Yes, since 2 Aug 2026 people must be told they are interacting with AI, at the latest at the first interaction, unless it is obvious.
Where should a deepfake label be?
On the content or directly next to it, visible when the content is seen — for video at the start and ideally throughout.
Do we have to label every AI marketing text?
No. The AI Act requires labels for deepfakes and AI texts on matters of public interest without editorial review. Slovenian media must label all AI content under ZMed-1.
